Alwex Recycling AB is a modern recycling facility started in 2012 for primarily sorting and treatment of industrial / operational waste.

 

The focus of the business is processing and recycling of industry and business waste through sorting and mechanical processing or other processing. Treatment of hazardous waste by chipping pressure-impregnated wood, as well as pre-treatment of waste consisting of electrical or electronic products. One of the end products is PTP, a high-quality fuel for heat and energy, which consists of plastic, wood and paper, and which has been refined by removing contaminants such as metals, scrap and inert materials.

The purpose of the business is to increase the quality of the waste through sorting and crushing and to offer a high-quality fuel mix to incineration plants. Other material can be sorted out and recycled. The business area is about 11 ha and is bounded on the east by highway 126.

The location for the business is Gottåsa, near Vislanda, Alvesta municipality, and is strategically located in terms of catchment area and logistics.

The business aims at a far-reaching management of natural resources by recycling waste in an environmentally friendly way and recycling it as far as possible.
