Vanier Recycling  is a non-profit social economy enterprise specializing in the secure destruction of confidential documents while respecting the environment.

As an integration enterprise, it offers volunteers paid work experience allowing them to enter the job market in a sustainable way.

The actions of Recyclage Vanier thus contribute to improving the quality of life in its community from a perspective of sustainable development.

Historical

On May 15, 1984, two young people created their own jobs by founding Recyclage Vanier with the support of the La Ruche Vanier Citizens' Committee. From an artisanal collection of residual materials in residences in order to raise public awareness of recycling, the methods have gradually been automated in order to offer collection and destruction services of confidential documents to several corporate and institutional clients.
