Pristine Property Services LLC is a husband and wife family-owned successful debris removal & property maintenance company that has been in business since 2008 proudly servicing all of Ocean and Monmouth County, NJ! We provide every type of junk debris removal from small jobs of appliance removal to full house clean outs utilizing recycling anyway possible to help minimize pollution.

Business owner Steve Oras, experienced general contractor and wife Gina Oras, interior designer, both longtime Toms River residences along with their 18 year old son Stephen who is now joining the team in helping our Ocean and Monmouth County community clean up the Jersey Shore!

Our team members are highly skilled in disassembling and loading all the items you no longer want that are overwhelming like old furniture, items from your garage and shed junk to yard waste and house furniture to old appliances, leave it up to us as we do it all. 

Any items that can be recycled or donated, we take care of. As DEP licensed professionals, the items that need to be disposed of, rest assure will be disposed of properly.
