In today’s “disposable” world, the need for electronics recycling couldn’t be greater!

Virtually everything we depend on electronically these days— from cell phones to computer monitors — is on a fast track to obsolescence from the minute we turn it on. But, once the “next best thing” comes along, you can’t just throw yesterday’s technology into the trash. Why? Because in Wisconsin & Illinois it’s against the law!

Legacy Recycling was founded to help solve this critical problem. Whether you’re recycling 500 network servers or just you’re ancient PC we can handle the job. We offer corporate pickups, and being a WDNR registered collector of electronics we ensure that it doesn’t end up in your local landfill or shipped overseas.

Simple Process, Safe Results

Once we receive your discarded electronics, each unit is disassembled by our recycling technicians, who sort the component parts and determine the proper processing facility. Any data you request to be destroyed is handled only by authorized personnel, kept in a secure location, and either DOD wiped or physically shredded. All remaining components are then shipped to R2/ISO certified recyclers.
