OUR HISTORY

ECS may have been created in 2010 in the UK, but its roots go far back – to the year 1999 and the country of South Africa where my mom ran a professional cleaning company. Growing up, I saw my mom making people’s lives easier by sharing their cleaning burden. Seeing their spaces squeaky clean and germ-free always brought a smile to customers’ faces, and my mom always said it was the best return for her hard work.

The idea of following her footsteps had inadvertently taken root around the same time. But, it wasn’t until I witnessed the gaps in UK’s professional cleaning industry first hand that I decided to lay the foundations of my own company – ECS – where Every Customer is Special.

It took me 16 long years to take the leap from working for others to establishing my own company, but as they say, all’s well that ends well. Today, we are a leading residential and commercial cleaning company in the UK known for our highest cleaning standards, skilled team, and dedication to work.
