BIOM Spółka z o. O. Was established in order to conduct business activities in the field of public utility tasks taken over by the Biebrza Communal Association, in particular tasks related to waste management in the territory of member communes. We actively promote selective waste collection, which contributes to the effective use of recyclable materials. We work with many economic and administrative entities as well as individual clients.

HISTORY

BIOM Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Dolistowo Stare was established on April 24, 2003 The founders of the Company were: Dąbrowa Białostocka Commune, Mońki Commune and Biebrza Communal Association. In June 2005, the Jaświły Commune joined the Company, thus the Company became a regional enterprise.

STRUCTURE

Organizational structure of BIOM Sp. z o. o. is adapted to the legal form. The President of the Management Board is Mr. Mirosław Bałakier.

The supervisory body of the Company is the Supervisory Board appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting.
