PHU 'MAREX' is a company that has been operating on the market since 1991. The company is based in Chorzów. The scope of operation covers the entire territory of Poland, mainly the Śląskie Voivodeship.

As a commercial and service company, it performs: demolition and disassembly, cleaning works, waste collection, and recycling of recyclable materials.

We specialize in demolition of industrial and residential buildings as well as road and rail infrastructure. We have specialized staff and equipment that allow us to carry out each demolition well, quickly and, most importantly, safely. In this field, our main clients are:

At the turn of 2005/2006 on the premises of Zakłady Mechaniczne 'ZGODA' we carried out demolition works of the production hall collapsed under the pressure of snow.

We carry out construction and renovation works on residential, industrial and sports facilities. We have carried out projects such as the renovation of the Ruch Chorzów stadium, construction and modernization works on the premises of the Municipal Recreation and Sports Center in Chorzów, and renovation works on the premises of Huta Batory in Chorzów.

In 2006. our company participated in the construction of a production hall in Siemianowice Śląskie, where the general investor was KAJIMA EUROPE Sp. zoo. Construction Office - Johnson Controls.
We also conducted investment works related to the construction of the archive building for Messer Polska Sp. z o. o., construction of a 110 / 6kV substation building for VATTENFALL DISTRIBUTION POLAND SA and works commissioned by the City Hall of Chorzów. At the turn of 2007/2008, the 'MAREX' company participated in the implementation of the investment project entitled: 'Reconstruction after the catastrophe - reconstruction with the necessary modernization and commissioning of the E5 electric arc furnace with installations and restoration of the proper technical condition of the E5 furnace hall in the Department of Steelworks of Huty Batory Sp. z o. o. in Chorzów '

In 2008, our company completed a number of significant construction, investment and renovation tasks, as well as demolition works. Among other things:
On behalf of Huta Batory, we have reconstructed the reinforced concrete bands around the foundations of the columns at the W-35 department, along with full technical documentation
. Reinforced concrete structure with 350 tons of asbestos-cement panels inside. For the same investor, we carried out the conversion of the former oxygen generating plant into a warehouse.
At the end of 2008 and at the beginning of 2009, at the request of Katowicki Holding Węglowy SA, we performed a comprehensive renovation of the bathhouse building No. 4 in KWK 'Mysłowice-Wesoła'

In the years 2006-2009, we completed a number of demolition works for the needs of Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa SA. They were mostly multi-storey residential buildings colliding with the route of the newly built route.

In 2009. being a subcontractor of the company 'J&P AWAX', we took part in the construction of the Gliwice-Sośnica road junction - the intersection of the A1 and A4 motorways

In 2010 and 2011, we carried out demolition and disassembly works for European Silikon at Zakłady Azotowe in Chorzów. Acting on behalf of the Regional Water Management Board in Gliwice, we have expanded our activity to include works related to the repair of post-flood river bank gaps.

The 'MAREX' company also deals with the reclamation of post-industrial and post-demolition areas, all earthworks and tree felling.

PHU 'MAREX' Sp. z o. o. Sp.k. It has transport and construction equipment, which is used for own and commissioned works. Permanent cooperation agreements with companies having similar equipment allow for the implementation of several tasks at the same time. We currently have specialized trucks for transporting containers, tractor units, trailers and semi-trailers of the 'bathtub' type, logs for transporting elements up to 12m, vans, a basket lift, tracked excavators with demolition equipment, wheeled excavators also with such equipment, loaders and demolition hammers . In addition to specialized equipment, we have the appropriate decisions and permits to deal with the transport and turnover of waste. We run a Vehicle Disassembly Station located in Chorzów at 14 Rodówiczówna Street

In September 2006, the company PHU 'MAREX' Sp. z o. o., which took over the assets and tasks of the PHU 'MAREX' company, Marek Nowak, MA. Two years later, the company PHU 'MAREX' Sp. z o. o. Sp. Komandytowa which in turn took over the assets and liabilities of PHU 'MAREX' Sp. z o. o
