Our service plant in Niepołomice is part of the Nycz Intertrade Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Krakow, which has been operating on the Polish market since 1990 . At the beginning of the 90's it started its activity from the retail sale of metal articles, screws and tools. The high quality of products and professional service have made Nycz one of the largest distributors of fasteners in Poland

In 2004, we expanded our activity by creating an innovative plant in the Industrial Zone in Niepołomice. The company, so far associated mainly with the distribution of screw products and tools, has started intensive development towards pro-ecological activities . As the first one in Niepołomice, in 2005, an electroplating plant with a semi-automatic line and its own sewage pre-treatment plant was established.

From the beginning of 2007, we started building a modern industrial complex. In March 2008, we launched a physico-chemical laboratory, and a month later, we completed construction works on the modernized sewage and industrial waste treatment plant , connected to a modern chemical raw materials recovery plant. The above-mentioned investment was completed in August 2008, and after obtaining the Integrated Permit decision issued on October 16, 2008 by the Marshal of the Małopolskie Voivodeship, the installation was fully commissioned.

After completing the investment and launching a recovery plant with a sewage treatment plant , we have become one of the few companies in Poland dealing with the professional recovery of non-ferrous metals and metal salts from industrial waste, as well as the disposal of sewage and industrial waste.

Currently, our department includes:

- Sewage and industrial waste treatment plant

- Chemical raw materials recovery plant

- Physico-chemical laboratory

We control the chemical parameters of waste by performing analyzes in our own laboratory, while providing analytical services commissioned by external companies. The transport of liquid and solid waste is carried out by our own fleet (specialized vehicles for the transport of liquid waste and solid waste) or by external companies with appropriate permits. We also provide services in the field of cleaning process tubs, storage tanks and containers.

In the interests of the quality of services provided and meeting the expectations of the market, we conduct research and development in the field of recovery and utilization of industrial waste together with Polish research units. Starting from 2015, together with the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, we are implementing another project called Recovery of nickel from waste galvanic baths in an integrated electrodialysis-electrolysis system, co-financed from EU funds under the GEKON program.

Our activity in the field of recovery, neutralization and transport of industrial waste is carried out in accordance with the Integrated Permit decision issued on October 16, 2008 by the Marshal of the Małopolskie Voivodeship. In 2011 and 2012, the decision was extended to include an additional number of waste codes, as well as the amount of waste that could be accepted for the installation .

April 15, 2011 our company has been accepted as a member of the Association of Polish Entrepreneurs of Waste Management based in Kutno. The association has been operating since May 2000. bringing together only Polish entrepreneurs operating in the waste management industry. The main goals of the organization include: supporting the development of Polish entrepreneurship in the field of waste management, conducting educational and training activities regarding waste, participation in legislative work of the Polish environmental law and in committees at the Minister of Environmental Protection related to the issues of waste management. We are very satisfied with the fact of joining the group of companies that have been members of the Association for years, which are distinguished by reliability and care for environmental protection in Poland.
