WHY US?

In accordance with the requirements of the European Union in the field of environmental protection, on May 11, 2001, the Act on the obligations of entrepreneurs with regard to the management of certain types of waste and on the product fee and deposit fee was passed in the Polish parliament (Journal of Laws 2001.63.639 of June 22, 2001), which entered into force on January 1, 2002. It imposes new organizational and financial obligations on entrepreneurs, as well as sets the levels of recovery and recycling for producers and importers who place products and goods in packaging on the market. The obligations of entrepreneurs - resulting from the Act - introducing products in packages to the market may be performed independently (through the Marshal's Office) or with the help of a specialized Recovery Organization.

NATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF PACKAGING RECOVERY O TRZY SA with share capital and paid up PLN 1 million is an organization which, in accordance with the Act, takes over the obligations of entrepreneurs and importers with regard to the product fee on packaging. Thanks to a decade of co-creating the market (since June 2003), we play a significant role in the increasingly dynamically developing national system of recovery and recycling of packaging and post-consumer waste, as well as increasing its efficiency. We are convinced that such action and reliable fulfillment of the obligation of recovery and recycling entrusted to us by entrepreneurs will increase the competitiveness of the Polish economy, and will also help in the implementation of international obligations.

O TRZY SA is one of the few Recovery Organizations on the market that cooperates with Entrepreneurs directly, through its Representatives throughout the country. This is a guarantee of efficient problem solving directly at the Entrepreneur's as well as reliable cooperation and implementation of signed contracts.

Taking over the product fee by O TRZY SA together with reporting to the Marshal's Office does not involve any costs for the Entrepreneur. The Entrepreneur's transfer of obligations under the Product Fee Act ensures their correct performance and reduces the Entrepreneur's costs.
