Tverspetsavtokhozyaystvo was founded in 2004 by a decree of the Head of the city of Tver. In 2018, the enterprise was reorganized into the Limited Liability Company 'Tverspetsavtokhozyaystvo' (LLC 'TSAH'). Since January 1, 2019, TSAKH LLC has been performing the function of a regional operator for the treatment of municipal solid waste (hereinafter referred to as MSW) throughout the Tver region. The main goal of the Regional Operator is to ensure timely and high-quality accumulation (including separate accumulation), collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization and disposal of MSW. The company has a license to organize the full process of collection, transportation and disposal of waste of 4-5 hazard classes, bulky waste.

Today, the Regional Operator is a stable and sustainable enterprise employing more than 400 employees, including in the territory of municipal districts and urban districts of the Tver region.
