Bart Bunn of Fort Wayne, Indiana owns and operates the Bunn construction, trucking and waste management businesses with his wife Kaye, three sons, Paul, Kyle and Jordan, and a dedicated and skilled workforce.

Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, father and uncles, Bart established the Bunn trucking and construction businesses in 1984, doing small jobs with a single axle dump truck and a grader.

In the decades since, we have grown to compete for – and successfully execute – some of the most significant and complex site development, demolition and other construction projects in the State of Indiana.  We have also established and grown Bunn Box, a waste management business with a fully licensed transfer station dumpsite and recycling facility and thousands of red Bunn Box waste containers of various sizes and types available for delivery and collection.

The Bunn family businesses are managed with an operator’s mindset, relentlessly pursuing operational excellence and customer satisfaction. That mindset, informed by specialized knowledge passed down through four generations of the Bunn family, is what drives our success.

Bart’s grandfather, Clarence Harmon (C.H.) Bunn, established C.H. Bunn Trucking in 1941. Bart spent much of his childhood in his grandfather’s truck garage, learning from C.H. and other lifelong truck drivers, including his father, Paul Bunn, and his uncles, Robert L. (Bob) Bunn, Dean Edward Bunn, and Gary Wayne (Butch) Bunn.
