Lekaro is a Polish family company that has been providing city cleaning services for 25 years . We specialize in collecting municipal waste and processing it. From the very beginning, we have been operating in the Otwock poviat, and for over 10 years there has been a specialist waste processing plant with the RIPOK status (i.e. a regional municipal waste processing installation) in industrial areas in Wola Ducka. Our company is one of the largest employers in the Wiązowna commune and the Otwock poviat. We provide employment for about 400 people.

Collection of debris and waste - with Lekaro

Lekaro offers a wide range of waste management services , including: 

comprehensive service of municipalities and cities in the field of municipal waste collection,

collection of construction and post- repair waste as well as collection of debris from construction sites and private persons,

collection of industrial and functional waste from companies and institutions.

In the capital city agglomeration, Lekaro services include, among others: the communes of: Józefów, Michałowice, Marki, Konstancin Jeziorna, Piaseczno, Józefów, Otwock and the native Wiązowna. We also serve selected districts of Warsaw ( Praga Północ, Praga Południe, Rembertów, Wawer and Wesoła ). We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our waste disposal schedule .

Services that include the collection and disposal of rubble and other construction waste, are carried out in the form of one-off orders or on the basis of long-term cooperation. We also offer rental of construction containers , which we deliver and pick up on dates agreed with the client. We sell construction containers and rubbish bins.

Processing of municipal waste

RIPOK Lekaro in Wola Ducka meets the criteria of the best available technique (BAT) for municipal waste treatment. We are one of the most technologically advanced enterprises of this type in Poland. The specialized Lekaro plant is equipped with modern sorting lines with a capacity of 360,000 tons of waste per year. As a result, the collected waste is subjected to the most advanced activities that enable maximization of recycling.

The company consistently invests in the most modern technologies of waste processing and encapsulation of processes. These measures measurably translate into environmental protection, minimizing the impact of activities on the immediate surroundings of the plant and low costs of services for the communes and districts served.

Lekaro achieves above-average levels of recycling, which exceed the requirements of the European Union (recovery of 25% of raw materials against the required 18% in 2016). Only 15-25% of the total volume of accepted waste goes to landfills, to the degree of processing ensuring the minimization of odor. All waste is processed within 24 hours of passing through the factory gate. As a result, putrefactive processes are prevented and the release of odors is limited. Thanks to investments carried out in 2013-2014, collection of municipal and industrial waste from the Warsaw agglomeration is carried out using environmentally friendly cars. They were equipped with, among others with state-of-the-art weighing and waste recording systems. Thanks to the chip system installed in the containers and the registration devices installed in the vehicles, the entire 'garbage road', as well as the amounts of waste collected from individual properties, are fully monitored. The collected waste goes to one of the most modern installations in the country.
