In our country, 360 kg of municipal solid waste per inhabitant is generated annually, which can be disposed of in two ways: recycle or bury.

But while ordinary waste can still be disposed of by depositing, for example, some types of medical waste are subject only to thermal processing, since they pose a hazard associated with the risk of infection or the spread of infections.

There are no specialized services in Russia, so the one who produces it - the hospital staff - is responsible for the destruction of hospital waste. According to SanPiN 2.1.7.728-99, medical waste should be collected and sorted, hazardous and especially hazardous waste should be pre-disinfected and destroyed in special installations by thermal means.

The developed ECHUTO waste processing technology is designed to solve the problem of environmentally friendly waste disposal directly at the place of their formation, using small-sized installations (modules), instead of expensive and environmentally hazardous deposition at landfills.

Collection and transportation of biological waste to the place of destruction is carried out by special vehicles equipped with electronic scales. Waste destruction is carried out in the thermal installation 'ECHUTO-150.03' located outside the city of Kazan.
