In 1977 the Madifer Snc of Marangoni Vittorio and sons was born, engaged in the recovery, purchase and preparation for the recycling of waste and scrap metal in general, destined for steel mills.

At this point the family puts itself into play, in terms of esteem, prestige and passage to subsequent generations and in 1992 the Snc becomes an Srl led by Vittorio Marangoni's sons, improving its equipment, methodologies, processes and services.

The main values, carried forward by the children, therefore appear:

that of guaranteeing a tradition, building something that should not be lost, safeguarding the set of assets, practices and behaviors that have rooted the company;

safeguarding the family unit around a company project of continuous growth;

the company lived with a sense of social value and not only from an economic and managerial point of view, transmitting to the descendants the authentic sense of what has been done and what is being done.

The glue, as well as the strength of the company, is realized at this point through the sense, the meaning of an initiative that 'was born in the family' and that was carried out in 2011 for Igor Marangoni, grandson of the founder, who proudly he assumes the legal representation of the company as Administrator, aware of working for a social good, and of participating in an enriching professional experience not only for the family unit.
