A well-trained team is the basis for services focused on the destruction, transport and archiving of data , which is why we pay great attention to the courses and training of our employees and check whether they fulfill the tasks entrusted to them in 100%. We make sure that each certificate is a confirmation of our services. As a document destruction company , we provide services throughout Poland. Our branches are located in convenient locations for our clients: in Wrocław, Jelenia Góra, Poznań, Katowice and Łódź. The scope of our services includes loading and collection of the prepared documentation, the destruction process as well as the issuing of a Destruction Certificate. Each service cost is determined individually - depending on the number of documents to be destroyed and the location.

We offer two solutions for the storage and collection of documents for destruction: substitution of containers - we leave them at the customer's, pick them up on request after they are full or one-time collection of documents prepared for destruction. We are flexible, we adapt to the client's needs - the documentation is collected at the place indicated by the client. Documents are weighed on site. At the time of order confirmation - we guarantee the preparation and signing of a contract for the destruction of documentation and a contract for entrusting the processing of personal data (GDPR). The security class according to DIN 66399 is kept. The documentation is destroyed in the cutting process in accordance with the requirements of protection class 3 in security level P-3 for confidential material according to DIN 66399. We guarantee the safety of the documentation entrusted to us - on delivery, the containers are closed and sealed, and on the premises of our facility we have monitoring with security. In order to be sure of the professional performance of the service, as an additional option, at the customer's request, it is possible to save the destruction of documentation on a DVD or a portable disk. After the service is performed, a VAT invoice and a Certificate of Destruction are issued.
