REBIS

The Packaging Recovery Organization REBIS SA was established in 2002 under the Act 'On the obligations of entrepreneurs in the field of management of certain packaging waste and on the product and deposit fee' of May 11, 2001 (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 79, item 666, consolidated text) in response to the need reported by Entrepreneurs to establish a fully independent Recovery Organization with the potential to meet Entrepreneurs' needs in the field of waste management.

On December 6, 2002, the Packaging Recovery Organization REBIS SA was notified to the Office of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and received the appropriate confirmation.

The registration in the National Court Register took place on 09-01-2003. The Packaging Recovery Organization REBIS SAis an independent organization whose primary goal is to take over the statutory obligations of Entrepreneurs in the field of ensuring the recovery of waste packaging.
