History

The Voronezh Interregional Administration 'Vtortsvetmet' under the Ministry of Nonferrous Metallurgy of the USSR was established in 1966. It included the Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk, Tambov and Belgorod workshops.

In 1991, all divisions that were part of the interregional administration became independent state enterprises. In 1992, the Voronezh State Enterprise 'Vtortsvetmet' was transformed into OJSC 'Voronezhvtortsvetmet'. In 1999, it was re-registered as OJSC Vtortsvetmet, Voronezh. On March 10, 2011, LLC Voronezh VCM was created on the basis of OAO Vtortsvetmet.

On July 21, 2016, Voronezh VCM LLC received a certificate of conformity, certifying that the quality management system for the production and sale of aluminum alloys complies with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015). Some employees of the company also received certificates. Subsequently, certificates are periodically updated.

The production base of the enterprise includes:

Preparation site,

Equipped with crane facilities and railway tracks;

A metal processing workshop equipped with five pack presses, overhead cranes and other scrap collection equipment;

A melting shop with three gas furnaces, including a rotary-inclined RNA-3 for the production of alloys;

Injection molding area consisting of three machines.

The quality of the alloys is controlled by a spectral laboratory.

The company has its own vehicle fleet, including scrap trucks with a manipulator, loaders, diesel locomotives and other equipment.
