After the adoption of the study on environmental impact assessment and obtaining the consent for the construction of a recycling center, in Omoljica near Pancevo, on June 7, 2006, the BIS Recycling Center within the company Bozic i sinovi started operating.

From the very beginning, the company has focused its business goals on growing the existing resource base, expanding the range of services and improving the quality of existing ones, as well as creating strategic partnerships with key entities in the field of recycling. Achieving the set goals enabled the BIS Recycling Center, as part of its development strategy, to envisage a gradual increase in processing capacity, stronger positioning in the domestic market and the introduction of efficient management methods
