Eco-Recycling d.o.o. based in Novi Sad is the first factory in Serbia that recycles waste car and truck tires as well as other rubber waste.
    
We started working in 2009 by obtaining the Permit for storage, treatment, disposal and transport of non-hazardous waste from the Ministry of Environment, Mining and Spatial Planning and operate in accordance with all environmental standards of the European Union and Quality Austria ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004.

With three years of investment, we have increased the capacity for processing rubber waste and improved production so that now the factory has a production line for rubber granules with a processing capacity of 46,000 tons of rubber waste per year, a line for fine wire cleaning to 98% purity and a line for the smallest rubber granules from 0-1mm. The last investment in April 2012 provided the SUPER CHOPPER SC2109T, installed for the first time in this part of Europe, and intended for the processing of tipper tires.

It is estimated that the newly created quantities of rubber waste on the territory of Serbia are approximately 26,000 tons per year, which is 20,000 tons less waste than our processing capacity, and there is a need for additional procurement of raw materials for recycling.

At the moment, we have over 90 employees, and the trend of increasing the volume of work is being transferred to the number of employees. Considering that we are the pioneers of this activity in Serbia and we are aware of how important it is to have well-trained and educated staff, by investing in our employees we maintain a leading position and improve our business.
In recent years, there has been a growing awareness in Serbia of the need to address the problem of accumulated waste, and more and more are joining the recycling chain. The process of recycling rubber waste is 100% environmentally friendly, there is no harmful impact on the environment nor is any further waste substance generated. In other words - everything is usable, and by producing rubber granules that re-enter the cycle of use, we save natural resources.

Our goal is to continue to set new standards in the recycling of rubber waste, maximize the available raw materials and complete the recycling process, giving our contribution to sustainable development and environmental protection.
