Born in 1986 from the enthusiasm of the three partners Ignazio Caria, Giampaolo Corongiu and Giovanni Porcu, it operates throughout the Sardinia Region and from a national perspective, in out-of-court and judicial debt collection.

It boasts collaborations with various financial, banking and commercial companies for the processing   of practices in Pre and Post DT    including Consel Spa, Deutsche Bank Spa, FGA Capital Spa, Fiditalia Spa, Profamily Spa  and for Fontenergia Spa CPL Concordia Group.

Thanks to the capillarity of our debt collectors throughout the region and the positive recovery percentages, we can consider ourselves one of the leading agencies in the sector.

The seriousness and competence of our work is also confirmed by the membership of the UNIREC Association of the sector, of which we are pleased to be among the founding members.

We also carry out assistance procedures for lawyers in the executive phase, in particular, the following activities:

Search for the vehicles / assets of the debtors, subject to compulsory measures granted by the competent judicial authority;

Cooperate with the bailiffs in the execution;

Arrange and / or supervise the shelter of vehicles at the depots indicated by the Client for this purpose.
