Mercury-Containing Waste Processing Site (PRSO)

Accepts for processing, recycling and destruction of production and consumption waste:

fluorescent lamps of all types with mercury filling;

medical and technical thermometers; devices with mercury filling;

mercury-contaminated soils and construction debris from accidental mercury releases;

mercury-containing chemical illiquid.

Site of galvanic-chemical waste (GCS)

In this workshop, the enterprise accepts for processing, disposal and destruction of production and consumption waste:

Spent galvanic solutions containing nickel, chromium, copper, zinc;

Spent acids and alkalis; deposits of galvanic production;

Galvanic sludge; accumulators of all kinds; expired pharmaceutical and pharmacy preparations and products;

On the industrial site of the workshop are organized:

Site for the collection and processing of oils;

Site for the processing of electronic and computer technology.

Polygon 'Lubyagino'

Landfill for solid domestic (municipal) waste - a facility designed for isolation, storage, disposal of solid waste (MSW).

At the Forsage-2 installation, oil-containing wastes are thermally destroyed - soils, rags, oil filters. There is also a map of biological destruction (processing) of soils and sediments containing petroleum products.

In addition to waste disposal and recycling, the electroplating shop performs galvanizing with chromating and “white” galvanizing of products on orders from enterprises. Line productivity from 20 tons per month.

The following technologies have been developed and mastered in the enterprise:

Obtaining a pigment-forming additive from galvanic sludge and chromium-containing solutions;

Obtaining powdered copper from solutions;

Ion-exchange technology, wastewater treatment;

Breaking emulsions and refining used mineral oils;

Disposal of electrical equipment containing diphenyl fillers;

Biological destruction of oil-contaminated soils and objects;

Production of building products with the addition of galvanic waste;

Obtaining lead crowns KF001.
