Our company has been developing technology for the separation of laminated types of paper waste, packages such as Tetra Pak, Pure Pak, Molo Pak for 8 years, and we have achieved excellent results in this direction, a wonderful team of specialists has gathered, a technology has been developed for separating laminated paper or cardboard into components, from packaging waste such as Tetrapk, Purpak, etc., as well as paper laminated dishes.

Together with our Chinese partners, we worked out the technology in China, selected equipment, brought it to Russia, launched a plant in the Ryazan region for the separation of laminated types of paper or cardboard - with a capacity of 2500 tons per month, which has no analogues in Russia , which is successfully operating and developing to date. (for example, it is said: in the world there are about 5 plants for processing laminated paper, cardboard waste)

Our production is engaged in the separation and recycling of paper-composite materials, waste laminated papers, cardboard, as well as the processing of PurePack packaging (based on bleached pulp from the Finnish company Stora Enzo), we also process laminated offset paper (based on Finnish and Russian pulp). Paper mills in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine produce excellent quality paper, such as offset paper, from the obtained secondary cellulose. toilet, and even paper for the production of banknotes, even secondary cellulose is well used for the top coating layers on cardboard. Recycled polyethylene is used for the production of granules, agglomerate.

Secondary cellulose is a spun finished fiber for the production of various types of paper, cardboard, as well as the basis for the production of toilet paper, napkins. The fiber dissolves faster at the next stage of production in the pulper, the dissolution time is saved up to 40 minutes. and electric energy.

Waste paper dissolution time is 40-45 minutes, our fiber dissolves in 12-15 minutes. Cellulose is packed in 1000 kg bales on a pallet. We load 21000 kg into the car. (in terms of dry matter, approximately 8300-8600 kg).
