This is followed by sorting the material. Separation by type of material is the most difficult because it is important not to mix different materials together. Mixing materials means poor quality granules. From this point of view, sorting is the most important part of the recycling process, as we want to offer our customers the best and enable them to produce smoothly. Sorting is done manually, partly also mechanically, so that the further recycling process is easier and faster

This is followed by a milling process in which larger pieces such as beverage crates, barrels, yoghurt pots are crushed in the mills. Waste materials are crushed in mills, reducing the volume and giving the material the shape of grains. Ground materials are a condition for further work. The ground plastic acquires bulk weight and shape, which makes it easier to store, dose into silos and further into granulate production machines.
