LLC 'Charter' provides services for the treatment of municipal solid waste and bulky waste in the territories of the North-Eastern and Eastern administrative districts of Moscow, the Noginsk zone of the Moscow region, the Yaroslavl region and the city of Yaroslavl, the city of Tula, Kireevsky and Shchekinsky districts of the Tula region , as well as Alexandrovsky, Kirzhachsky, Kolchuginsky, Petushinsky, Sobinsky and Yuryev-Polsky districts of the Vladimir region

The total number of residents served by Charter LLC is more than 6.8 million people.

The environmental friendliness of the services provided by Charter LLC is ensured by its own modern fleet of garbage trucks and auxiliary equipment that meets Euro-4 and Euro-5 environmental standards, which significantly reduces exhaust emissions during waste disposal.

The operation of garbage trucks from the world's leading manufacturers of vehicles based on vehicles: MAZ, GAZ, MAN, Volvo, Scania, Mercedes with attachments of European production with rear loading: Gessinknorba, Faun Variopress, BFE allows you to minimize the noise level during waste loading.

The complex for sorting and compacting waste is equipped with a modern Presona sorting line, which allows to significantly increase the amount of waste transferred for processing.

MSZ No. 4 was leased to LLC Charter according to the Order of the Department of City Property of the City of Moscow. The plant meets all the necessary environmental standards and generates electricity and heat supply to the city. The equipment has been overhauled.
