De Rooy is a family business that has been passing on its knowledge and expertise from father to son since 1928 . In the meantime, we are the undisputed specialist in the collection and processing of old metals. Our main focus is on the industrial sector, where we can help you pick up cranes, hangars and other large quantities of scrap iron, zinc, copper and more. A collection service is provided for large quantities in the industrial sector. We can also help you with the demolition of a shed or warehouse. Private individuals can contact us for their surplus of scrap iron, car wrecks and car batteries. However, for practical reasons we cannot provide a pick-up service. We weigh all old metals accurately and we offer you a competitive price based on the weight and the daily price.

De Rooy also has the necessary certificates for the processing of specific materials, such as acidic batteries (cars, trucks) and catalytic converters. The catalytic converter is the part of your car that ensures that your vehicle emits less harmful exhaust gases. Because it contains precious metal, it is often worth slightly more than standard old metals. We can also process and recycle complete vehicles. Our family business is recognized by Febelauto and is therefore a specialist in the processing and recycling of end-of-life vehicles and vehicles that no longer pass the inspection.
