ECO-UFA LLC

The company 'ECO-UFA' specializes in operational management and production solutions for the sorting, processing and disposal of municipal solid waste (MSW).

In 2006, 'ECO-UFA' laid the first stone of a waste sorting complex on the territory of the solid waste landfill in the village of Cherkassy near Ufa. The project was aimed at the environmental improvement of the territory of the capital and the republic, as well as solving a number of social problems: creating jobs, encouraging selective collection and increasing the income of the population through the delivery of solid waste.

In 2008, the first stage of the sorting line was installed, a year later - the second. Both are designed to process 400 thousand tons of solid waste per year. Waste is transported here from both metropolitan areas and its suburbs. Today, in total, more than half of all waste from the residential sector of Ufa is sorted and briquetted in the ECO-UFA complex. Thus, its appearance made it possible to significantly reduce the amount of recycled waste sent to the landfill and at the same time obtain the maximum, at the moment, output of standard recyclables.

In 2010, the ECO-UFA sorting and pressing complex reached its design capacity. In order to solve the main problems, the following technologies have been selected:

Manual sorting (visual), with mechanized elements, to obtain standard recyclables;

Pressing of secondary raw materials;

Pressing the fraction and excess MSW.
