HOMTEK is addressed to individuals and professionals offering non-hazardous solid waste collection bins throughout Attica. With the same means and with the full network of our partners we undertake earthworks, excavations, demolition, dismantling and demolition of buildings.

We provide high quality environmental services at very affordable prices with the main goal of saving natural resources for the benefit of man. Our expertise in this field allows us to guarantee the best result of our services and at the same time the most economical solution for the customer.

Guided by the compliance with the current legislation and in the context of sustainable development, we created a unit for the management of Waste Excavation and Construction and in general non-hazardous solid waste at the Biopa of Kryoneri, Attica. There, using the appropriate methods, the different materials are separated into separate streams and each of them is led to certified recyclers. At the same time, in this area, a significant part of the materials are recycled , which are re-marketed directly on the market. This minimizes the amount that leads to disposal as unusable waste. In the two years 2019-2020 HOMTEK recorded a rate of 89% by weight of recovery of materials to be utilized. In absolute numbers this means that 93,800 tonnes of waste did not end up 'thrown away' and obviously there was a corresponding economy in natural resources. This process is controlled by three different Collective Alternative Management Systems AEKK (SANKE, SEDPEKAT and ANAKEM), which certify in writing the proper management of each incoming quantity by providing the corresponding certificate.
