ECO RECYCLE Ltd. is a modern and innovative company for recycling of PVC waste generated in the production of windows and doors.

The company was registered in 2014. in the city of Plovdiv. The recycling plant processes waste PVC material, which is used in the production of new profiles for windows and doors by the method of co-extrusion. The final product obtained from the activity is a high quality PVC granule with an extremely wide range of applications - windows, pipes, fasteners and much more.

PVC

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a thermoplastic material obtained from 57% chlorine (extracted from industrial salt) and 43% carbon (obtained mainly from petroleum / gas in ethylene). PVC material is extremely durable, easy to maintain and easy to manufacture. To their unique polymer structure, PVC products are recyclable when they go out of use.

PVC compound is 100% recyclable physically, chemically and energetically. After mechanical separation, grinding and treatment to remove impurities, they are processed using various techniques (in the form of granules) and reused in production.
