PLARUS plastics

The PLARUS plastics processing plant is the only plant in Russia that uses the unique bottle-to-bottle PET processing technology. This means that the enterprise produces “Clear PET” granules from used PET bottles, from which new PET bottles are again made.

The main feature of this technology is the complete identity of the quality characteristics of the resulting products (recovered PET or RePET brand 'Clear PET') with primary PET raw materials for food purposes. Clear PET is certified by the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Moscow Region for use in the production of food packaging.

Mastering the bottle-to-bottle technology opens up prospects for waste-free processing of PET packaging.

High-tech and high-performance equipment, manufactured by leaders in their industries from Switzerland, Germany and Italy, allows the production of up to 10 thousand tons of finished products per year.
