MTÜ Eesti Taaskasutusorganisatsioon (ETO) is the first accredited recycling organization in Estonia, founded by packaging companies in 2004, which organizes the separate collection of packaging waste and its recycling.

ETO unites companies engaged in the production, import and sale of packaged goods and packaging manufacturers.

ETO is a member of PRO EUROPE, the European Producer Responsibility Organization, and EXPRA, the Association of Extended Producer Responsibility Organizations.

ETO customers have the right to use the 'Green Dot' mark on the packaging of their products.

The Green Dot mark on the packaging indicates that the return and recycling of this particular packaging is financed by a company that has joined the Green Dot system and operates in accordance with the Packaging Act and the EC Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive 94/62.
