Eco Cycle Organization

The Eco Cycle Organization of Packaging Recovery SA was established in 2002 as one of the first packaging recovery organizations on the Polish market. The legal basis for establishing the company was Polish legislation based on the requirements of Directive 94/62 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 20, 1994 on packaging and packaging waste.

The Eco Cycle Packaging Recovery Organization is a joint stock company associated in industry organizations, incl. Polish Chamber of Waste Economy. The founders of the company are four natural persons. Noticing the problem of the growing mass of waste prompted the establishment of a packaging recovery organization. Packaging, which is not recovered or recycled, devastates the natural environment. It was decided to create a company that would allow interested entrepreneurs to provide the appropriate level of recycling, while engaging in such important environmental education. This is how the company Eko Cykl Organizacja Odzysku OpakowaÅ„ SA was founded

The organization takes over the obligation to recycle packaging waste from entrepreneurs who place packaging products on the Polish market.

The company enables the fulfillment of the statutory obligation imposed on entrepreneurs in an alternative way to paying the product fee. The product fee is a kind of penalty for the entrepreneur. Cooperation with a recovery organization allows you to avoid it.

The recovery organization fulfills the obligation taken over by cooperating with companies dealing with selective collection and recycling of packaging waste.
