CJ Pallets & Recycling, LLC

In 1988 Bobby and Joanne Crowe, founders of CJ Pallets, began their idea of a business to recycle old pallets. Ford Motor Company was the original customer brought on in the beginning in order to recycle the pallets at their plant. The company began building pallets in the backyard of their family home with the help of their children. By 1994 the company had grown enough to add outside help, and today there is a workforce of 20 employees.
