Our company is located in Zwanenburg in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer. Due to our central location in the Randstad, we realize very diverse projects, especially in North and South Holland, but also in Utrecht. An exception is therefore quickly made for projects of any size outside our region. Oudt Zwanenburg Sloopwerken BV is a certified company that specializes in demolition work and the removal of asbestos. At Oudt Zwanenburg sloopwerken BV, safety and a responsible working method have high priority. We are therefore ISO and VCA certified.

Known in the industry

Oudt Zwanenburg sloopwerken BV has a long history, but it has a short history. Oudt is a well-known player in the field of recycling, demolition work and asbestos remediation. As part of a large recycling company, Oudt has already carried out many large and complex (demolition) works. After taking over this company, and the end of the demolition activities as a result, director René Oudt established Oudt Zwanenburg sloopwerken BV in 2011 . After a career of 25 years in the world of recycling, demolition of road and hydraulic engineering and many large projects, it was time to put all the knowledge into our own specialized company. Oudt Zwanenburg sloopwerken BV is now a fact.

Thanks to our extensive knowledge and experience, we succeed in making a realistic planning of the work, even within a tight time frame. Because setbacks can always occur during demolition, we offer sufficient capacity to remove unforeseen bottlenecks. If necessary, we do this with the deployment of extra manpower and equipment, during and outside regular working hours. We make a technical or logistical problem of the client our problem. We solve this first and afterwards we always come to a solution in consultation with you as the client.
