Le Recyclage Lodévois

'Le Recyclage Lodévois' (Recycling / Ressourcerie) aims to recycle products and raw materials destined for demolition.

Located in Lodève in Hérault (Occitanie), it is based on a circular economy and aims to reduce community operating costs.

'Le Recyclage Lodévois' is part of the resource center network which brings together the resource centers in France. Its social nature gives all people the opportunity to access certain products and raw materials of everyday use at a lower cost

It is important for us to keep reflexes and know-how that are diminishing: to remain vigilant in order not to forget our skills, to understand the functioning of the objects which surround us and which have most often been made at the other end of the world, knowing how to repair them, make them last, create everyday objects ourselves.

The objective of the recycling center is to make the purchase of new equipment more rare, but also to raise awareness and develop barter, exchange, donation, repair, second-hand purchase. .

We are also motivated by the essential respect for the environment and the need for solidarity.
