Tri County Waste

In 2002, Gus and Christy Kanipe, from Morganfield, Kentucky, started Tri County Waste with one truck providing residential waste service to residents of Union County. Their goal was to create a locally owned waste company with an emphasis on customer service with competitive pricing. Tri County Waste has grown to a fleet of 10 trucks offering residential, commercial, industrial and construction waste services in Union, Henderson and Webster counties. Nephews, Shane and Wade Kanipe, have since joined the locally-owned family business with offices in Morganfield and Henderson. Tri County Waste’s extended family is completed by employees from counties we currently service. With deep roots in the communities we serve, Tri County remains committed to providing the same dependable customer service at competitive pricing as when the waste company was started in 2002.
