Fe-MARKT, spol sro

The company Fe-MARKT, spol. s ro was founded in 1998 with the aim of offering business and consulting services to companies producing and trading scrap metal. Over time, it expanded its activities to open facilities for the purchase of secondary raw materials and the sale of surplus and unusable stocks of various companies abroad.

Since 2001, another essential activity of the company is the liquidation of structures, equipment, building units and technologies. So far, we have carried out the liquidation of the Energy Center on the premises of PAPIERNE Slavošovce, Harmanecké Papierny, the liquidation of the ÄŒKD Dukla Veľký Šariš boiler rooms, the liquidation of Rožňavská mliekarna technology and other liquidations of buildings, structures and technologies.

THE COMPANY

In 2002, our company started working on the project 'Operation for the collection and processing of old vehicles' in Turni nad Bodvou, and has successfully completed the process of environmental impact assessment (EIA), which is necessary for the activity and follows from the Act of the Ministry of the Environment no. 127/1994 Coll. After the completion and approval of the equipment for the collection and processing of old vehicles, the Ministry of the Environment (MoE) of the Slovak Republic, in accordance with the Waste Act No. 223/2001 Coll., Granted our company Fe-MARKT, spol. sro authorization No. 107 / A / 04-6.2 for the processing of old vehicles for 10 years (see http: //www.minzp.sk/oblasti/odpady ... serial number 3). Thanks to that we were able to process on 14.02.2004 the first old vehicle, the almost 40-year-old WARTBURG 

The aim of the operation was, on the one hand, to create a functioning system for the collection, treatment and recycling of old vehicles in the Košice Region so that this process is as environmentally friendly as possible. On the other hand, it was, and is, an interest in tackling unemployment in the region, as well as contributing to its development, which is no less important.

On July 3, 2014, the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic extended our authorization to process old vehicles for another 10 years, until February 5, 2024.
