In 2006, a change of ownership of the company was made and the activity focused on services related to construction and demolition work .

Already in the first year since the takeover, the company invested considerable funds in the purchase of construction mechanisms and a technological line for the recovery of construction waste . The company received part of the funds for this investment from a non-repayable financial contribution from the EU (European Regional Development Fund) and a contribution from the state budget.
