In Chartres-Poisvilliers, near Dreux, the first processing site for recycled washed gravel and sand in France is established. Alain Poullard, founder of the demolition company Poullard, his daughter Aline and his son Stéphane manage a transformation site unique in France: the recycling of concrete blocks and rubble from demolition sites, in sand and gravel which are then reinjected into the concrete manufacturing process.
