As part of business activities, entities in the construction industry as well as citizens undoubtedly carry out a number of construction works, security work as well as work performed in the maintenance of buildings (maintenance work), in the modification (reconstruction) of buildings or removal (demolition) of buildings. During these construction and demolition works, a quantity of waste is generated, which the holder is obliged by law to sort by type and ensure their material recovery. It is also true that the person who carries out the construction, maintenance, reconstruction or demolition of the road is obliged to materially recover construction waste generated during this activity and demolition waste during the construction, reconstruction or maintenance of roads.

These obligations for holders and generators of construction waste are set out in Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on amendments to later regulations. Fulfilling the set obligations is difficult, due to its complexity, in many cases even impossible. It requires highly specialized knowledge, experience and authorization to perform this activity as well as demanding material, technical and technological equipment. This situation has been the impetus for our business and construction waste management has been one of our main activities since 2005. We perform our activities and provide services at our Collection Yard in Veľké Bierovce, but after agreement with you, they can also be performed directly on the site of your land, resp. buildings. We carry out all our activities in the field of construction waste in accordance with the law and on the basis of authorizations - decisions issued by the District and Regional Office of the Environment in Trenčín.
