PWR - Plastic Waste Recycling A. S.
Dr. Vl. Clementisa 10 , Bratislava, Bratislavsky, Slovakia | Plastic Recycling
The company PWR - plastic waste recycling, as, deals with the production of gas oils, which are produced by the recovery of plastic waste by the process of thermocatalytic depolymerization of polyoliphens. The technology of thermocatalytic processing of waste plastics consists in the processing of PE and PP of waste plastic into liquid hydrocarbons by the method of catalytic depolymerization. During this process, liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons are formed - gasoline and diesel - heating oil. The product obtained is processed into components which have identical or similar properties as mineral oils and are used as a component of liquid fuels, material for further processing in the petrochemical and chemical industries as heating oils and / or as diluents and solvents.
The technological process used enables the processing of plastics of various colors, with printing and aluminum sputtering. The advantage of processing with this technology is the possibility of processing plastics that are contaminated with oils, petroleum products or other and partially toxic substances, or processing and recovery of waste films that are waste from technological or logistical processes that are contaminated by other material or process they are suitable for processing by granulation or other similar recycling method. The production plant is located in LuÄenec and has all the necessary permits for the management of plastic waste and for the management of mineral oils and the products are located in a customs warehouse.
The fuels produced are exempt from excise duty and classified according to the Official Journal of the European Union in a category with a capacity of:
Heavy catalytic fraction , NK No: 27 10 19 43 CAS: 64742-91-2. Secondary fuel. Designations used: Distillates (petroleum), steam-cracked, cracked kerosene. Application: light heating oil, usable as fuel for engines for electricity production, heating, or for further processing in refineries.
Light fuel oil, NK No .: 27 10 19 62, is a low viscosity flammable liquid with a calorific value of 42.83 MJ / kg. A common application is the heating of larger buildings in construction, agriculture and the service sector.
Light catalytic fraction , NK No: 27 10 12 90 CAS: 68476-46-0. Designations used: C3-11 hydrocarbons, distillates from catalytic cracking products, catalytic cracked gasoline with low boiling point, or cleaning gasoline.
Wide catalytic fraction , NK No: 27 10 19 99 CAS: 68131-05-5. Designations used: Hydrocarbon oils - process mixtures not specified. Application: Further processing in refineries.
The production capacity of the device is approx. 550 - 600 tons of product per month, but the company has a permit for waste recovery in the amount of 17,500 tons per year, while it is interested in increasing the volume of production in the near future.
