The company MTO KOVOSPOL s.r.o. from the registered office of Kúty No.1 Trenčín Postal Code 911 01, was entered into the Commercial Register of the District Court of Trenčín on April 6, 1995

The core program of MTO KOVOSPOL is the recycling of electronic equipment, cables, repair of machine tools and business activities. The company since its inception

shows a steady and gradual increase in the volume of processed goods as well as annual turnover. From SKK 1.5 million. in the first years after its establishment, to the current € 1.4 million. in recent years.

Since its establishment, the company has been built and financed only from its own resources. In 2005, the company purchased suitable real estate and in September 2006, after modifications to these premises, the company moved to its own new premises.

We currently provide processing of complete production waste and confusion from several production plants in Slovakia. However, as the growth of production and thus of production waste began again, we started to look at the possibilities to expand our processing in an effort to satisfy those interested in the processing of complete production waste as much as possible.

History

The main program of the company is the recycling of electronic equipment, cables, repair of machine tools and business activities.

Since its inception, the company has shown a steady and gradual increase in the volume of processed goods as well as annual turnover.

We currently provide processing of complete production waste and confusion from several production plants in Slovakia. (Powe-one, ZŤS Kabel, Kovospol, Slovak Telekom.)

Since its establishment, the company has been built and financed only from funds obtained through its own activities. In 2005, spol. purchased premises for its own operation. The purchase was made with the help of an OTP bank loan.

In September 2006, the company moved to its renovated premises. 640 m2 workshop and bathroom, 5300 m2 of free and service space.

The company operates in an industry that is becoming increasingly important from a global perspective. After entering the Eur. Union, the support from the state for the recycling and processing of secondary raw materials has also increased in our country, but also from the point of view of the environment. After joining the EU, we are bound to adapt secondary processing and increase it to the level of other EU member states.

The development of the whole economy, new foreign companies and new laws for waste management create new opportunities and a much better environment for companies of our focus.

The establishment and especially the possibility of expanding the current operation in new and especially its own premises also allows the company the opportunity to draw funds for its activities from some EU funds intended specifically for improvement in this area.
