American Sanitation is owned and operated by Brad Schmidt. Brad is a crop farmer that has lived in this area all of his life. He is married to his wife, Shawna Schmidt, and they have three children, Alesha, Nolan and Grace.
In 2018, Brad told his wife that he wanted to buy a garbage truck and open his own garbage business. Through years of planning and lots of research, he finally made that happen in 2021.
Today he serves all of Hamilton county, southern Wright county and eastern Webster county. Someday he hopes to expand to other areas and reach more customers.
