Our company is an entity that is authorized to carry out the ecological disposal of car wrecks. Car wrecks are classified as hazardous waste and the management of this waste is subject to Act 541/2020 Coll., On waste, Act 542/2020 Coll., On end-of-life products and other implementing regulations and methodological instructions.

The car wreck can be handed over and disposed of only in a facility that has an authorization approved for this activity by the relevant Regional Authority and is involved in the information system for monitoring the flow of car wrecks MA ISOH. Our company holds a license to operate ecological disposal of car wrecks, which can be verified on the website of the Ministry of the Environment here.

To remove a vehicle from the register of motor vehicles at the traffic inspectorate, you need a certificate of ecological disposal of the car and a  request for removal from the register of vehicles . We will issue all these necessary documents to you while you wait. The issued certificate of disposal of the vehicle will also serve you to cancel the legal and accident insurance of the vehicle.
