The company HBH odpady sro is a purely Czech private company, which continued the operation of the company JiÅ™í Holešák - HBH Collection of raw materials operating on the market since 1991. It deals primarily with the purchase, collection and treatment of secondary raw materials (paper, plastics, glass, scrap iron, non-ferrous metals ). For the municipalities and the city of Havlíčkův Brod, the company operates a collection yard, ensures the take-back of electrical equipment. Other activities include the delivery, removal and disposal of waste using containers, as well as the collection of hazardous waste.

The company's workplaces are equipped with modern technical equipment used in the field of waste management. One of the most important is a modern waste sorting line consisting of a press and a system of conveyors with automatic control and programming.

Since 1997, we have been a co-founder of the business company REMAT TRADE sro Brno , which is one of the largest suppliers of waste paper in the Czech Republic. We also provide business services in the sale of glass shards, waste paper and plastics in the Czech Republic to a number of companies and enterprises such as technical services.

In 2005, the company HBH odpady sro introduced an integrated management system and thus became the holder of certificates according to the standard ÄŒNS EN ISO 9001 - quality system and ÄŒSN EN ISO 14001 - environmental management system. Furthermore, the environmental statement was verified in accordance with the rules of the National EMAS program according to Regulation (EC) No. 761/2001 of the European Parliament and the Council on EMAS, making HBH one of the first companies in the Czech Republic to operate in the waste management sector with integrated system. Since March 2015, the company HBH odpady has been continuing with the environmental management system according to the ÄŒSN EN ISO 14001 standard, the certification of the quality system and the EMAS regulation has been terminated.

The company HBH odpady sro perceives within its business a strong co-responsibility for the waste of its customers, both companies and citizens. The company's mission is to ensure the maximum possible use of this waste so that the smallest possible amount of it must be deposited in a landfill or disposed of in an incinerator. Related to this is the emphasis on informing citizens and companies and participating in the creation of a system for the collection and sorting of usable waste and the collection of waste from citizens.

Our company is also a member of SPDS-APOREKO ( Association of the Secondary Raw Materials Industry ), which provides its members with information and business support, including in the field of certifications. He is also a member of the Paper and Pulp Association and the Association of Public Benefit Services through the company Remat Trade sro.

We are aware of the importance of environmental protection and waste prevention, so as part of our environmental awareness we provide free excursions for individuals, schools and other groups and offer and present thematic events related to waste issues, we support collection events for kindergartens and schools.
