The CBRC group was founded in 1990 by the merger of three companies operating in the field of waste selection and recovery. The national consortium for the recovery and recycling of cellulosic-based packaging, Comieco for short, is the Italian national consortium that deals with the recycling and recovery of cellulose-based packaging and groups paper mills, producers, processors and importers of paper and cardboard for packaging.
