• contributes to reducing unemployment and promoting the social inclusion of people from the target groups of people who are difficult to employ (people from disadvantaged groups), so that at least 50% of the company's total employees will come from the target groups;
• any profit from market participation will be mainly used for the development of the company as a social enterprise and for the fulfillment of its generally beneficial goals, not for redistribution to shareholders. In this context, the company reinvests a profit from business of at least 51% for the development of the company as a social enterprise or to meet its generally beneficial goals.
• the profit used as reinvestment will be used primarily to increase the qualifications of employees, purchase new technologies related to the introduction of new services and products, creating facilities for new employees;
• in fulfilling the stated goals, it will cooperate with institutions that take care of people who are difficult to employ
• focuses on local needs, preferably uses local resources, ie employs local people and buys from local suppliers and cooperates with local actors
