SURPLUS AUTOS was created in 1963 and has since remained in the same family, passed down from father to son.

The company and the car junkyard were originally located in the Parc du Griffon and were transferred in 1970 to the Industrial Zone of Estroublans in Vitrolles, opposite Marseille Provence airport. The company changed its focus by modernizing storage and now using computers and tablets, each technician is now able to search for a part of any radius, no more sectoring of electrical, bodywork, mechanics, etc.

SURPLUS AUTOS was created in 1963 by Mr. ARNOULD Jean. The company was originally located on Griffon Park.

1970

Transfer

The company was transferred in 1970 to the Industrial Zone of Estroublans in Vitrolles, in the immediate vicinity of the Marseille-Provence International Airport.

1980

The 80s

In the 1980s, the 2nd generation, in the person of Mr. ARNOULD Jean-Pierre, took the reins of the company and made the company evolve towards new perspectives.
