Story
, volunteers from the AEP (Popular Education Association) of Tullins-Fures and Moirans put on and produce a show 'La Passion du Christ'. It was in 1994 that a surge of solidarity led the actors to devote the surplus revenues to the creation of the Passionflower Association, which is a very special flower, and above all which symbolizes 'The Fruits of the Passion'.
, Passiflore starts its activity in a premises of 700 m2, hiring in C.E.S. his first employee. The support of the action will be an activity of recovery and reclamation of used pallets as well as unwinding.
, start of a collaboration with the CLI of Saint-Marcellin for the placement and follow-up of people in integration. Manufacture of the first bundles.
Passiflore buys and moves to a new location. The staff is 20 people. Passiflore presents itself as a laboratory for reflection, proposal and mobilization around exclusion. One-on-one meetings with the people received are set up to 'look to the future'. The Voiron CLI joins the network of partners.
, start of the 'clothes' activity and hiring of the first head of structure with the function of administrative and accounting management as well as individual monitoring of people on their professional project and preparation for their exit. The first CACES training courses are offered to those welcomed as well as literacy courses, work with social services is being put in place to resolve health, administrative and housing problems ... PASSIFLORE is fully recognized as an integration association, it receives subsidies from the general council, the regional council and the municipality.
, Passiflore mainly employs people who are far removed from employment, who cannot integrate integration companies, so reintegration is essentially social for many. The structure wishes to set up long, qualifying training courses for those accommodated with the least difficulties. An arthotherapy workshop is created.
/2001, start-up of a garden furniture and packaging manufacturing activity. While the business job offer is flourishing, Passiflore welcomes people in increasingly difficult circumstances. The new head of structure is stepping up support with the creation of CVs, cover letters and by creating a 'database of job offers'. The secretary and workshop leaders are either volunteers or on a subsidized contract. A solid partnership has been put in place between the structure and the referents (Local Integration Facilitators) of the people received, we are approached by the CCAS, social centers and the ANPE. The first partnership agreements are signed with companies.
, hiring of a production manager, an accounting secretary and a new structure manager. 76 people were welcomed, mainly from Tullins, Voiron and Saint-Marcellin. Establishment of the first quantitative assessments of actions carried out in favor of social and professional integration.
was an important year for the workshop with the mechanization of certain tasks, in particular for dismantling the pallets and sawing the boards.
the ‘thrift store’ workshop moves its shop to town ’
/2007, hiring of a new head of structure, a manager for the linen sector and a driver with EB license. Support has been strengthened with the establishment of a skills and interpersonal skills monitoring sheet and with the performance of regular interviews between the employee in integration, the integration officer and the referent. At the express request of the public authorities (to distinguish voluntary activities and professional activities subsidized under the CDIAE) Solidor, a partner association of Passiflore, is created with the mission of catering, hospitality and solidarity, helping to maintain and recreate the link social by offering meals, welcoming, sharing and listening time. The premises are becoming cramped, unsuitable, and the change in the PLU leads us to decide to sell the building and build a new factory in the recently created industrial zone of Peuras.
, arrival at the Peuras premises, replacement of the technical supervisor of the wood business due to retirement and hiring of a part-time integration officer.
, hiring of a second part-time integration officer (pooling with the workshops in South Grésivaudan) and retirement of the carpenter.
, transition from one of the two integration officers to full-time, moving from the driver's position to a fixed-term integration contract. Repatriation of our boutique activity to the Peuras site.
, expansion of the furniture store.
, recruitment of a third technical supervisor for the wood workshop (carpentry), recruitment of a new management following the retirement of the director in place since 2006.
