Communauté de Communes

Created on January 1, 2013 (prefectural decree of 12/27/2012), the Community of municipalities of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez associates the 12 municipalities of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez within a 'space of solidarity with a view to elaboration of a common development and planning project ”.

Its legal form of Public Establishment of Intercommunal Cooperation with its own tax system gives it the status of a territorial collectivity that is financially independent from the municipalities that constitute it.

Its role is to offer better territorial coherence, greater relevance to planning choices, to pool resources (human, material and financial) but also to speak with one voice in front of partners such as the State, the Region, the Department, Europe etc.

Implement, for the 12 municipalities that make up the territory of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, a policy:

• improvement of services provided to the population,
• securing goods and people in the face of major risks,
• research and innovation in terms of savings and tax control. 

Waste recovery

The ComCom:

• collects and processes waste,
• manages waste collection centers,
• develops the collection of bio-waste.
