SEDEM is a company, specialising in the recycling of thermoplastics, which offers its customers collection solutions, recycling and qualification capabilities; and completes its offering with the sale of subsequent Secondary Raw Materials.

SEDEM maintain its development and moves into a new plant in Yssingeaux. Ideally located in Yssingeaux on the edge of the RN 88, SEDEM’s new plant allow the young team to be accommodated in the best possible conditions. Built in 2015, this energy-efficient building now houses SEDEM’s 5 employees in bright and functional offices.

The interest of this new establishment is also the integration of an internal laboratory which allows to test the productions and to reinforce the company in its quality strategy; This same strategy that enabled SEDEM to obtain the certification ISO 9001/v2015 in March 2020. Finally, the “Yssingelais” site will enable the storage of Recycled Plastic Materials, in big bags, ready for sale, to be internalised. An extension project will rapidly increase its capacity to accommodate up to 500 tonnes of recycled plastic.

This new establishment is accompanied by two new hires: a technical-salesman in June and an assistant under a work-study programme in order to support the company’s growth
